03 — Our Process

Project Initiation

You kick things off by submitting a comprehensive brief via your Trello board.

The "Complete Brief" Rule

The project clock starts only after a fully completed brief is submitted and acknowledged by your Account Manager. This protects your deadlines.

Planning & Handoff

Your Account Manager reviews logistics, confirms deadlines, allocates creative resources, and passes the brief directly to our expert team.

Creation & Internal QC

This is where the magic happens. Our Creative Director tracks quality throughout. Every deliverable passes a rigorous internal QC check before it ever reaches you.

Your Review

Once internally approved, your Account Manager moves the project to Client Review on Trello and presents the work for your consolidated feedback.

04 — Revisions & Timelines

Revisions

We want you to be absolutely in love with your final assets. Your first 3 rounds are completely on us — a collaborative playground to fine-tune every detail.

3 Rounds — On Us ✓

Tip: consolidate all feedback on music, brand guidelines, and new assets during Round 1 to keep timelines tight.

Turnarounds

Once a brief is fully approved, here's what to expect:

  • Video Production 7–10 working days
  • Shoots Book 7 days in advance
  • Graphic Design 2 working days
  • Motion Graphics 3–5 working days

Delays in client feedback shift the final delivery date. Timely reviews keep everything on track.

05 — File Delivery & Storage

Your files,
delivered
clean.

Once everything is polished and approved, your Account Manager delivers all final assets via Google Drive.

Please download and save your assets promptly — Kynda Creative stores project files for 30 days following final delivery. We are not responsible for loss of raw files after the 30-day window.
